Before you submit a day off
- Days off should be submitted 3 weeks in advance.
- Each person is expected to make a coverage plan for the days they take off.
- US team:have a conversation about where support will be needed while you're away.
- South African team:finding someone to cover isn't required but it's appreciated.
- Ops focus (Amy, Cailyn, Tina):please line up another ops-focus teammate to cover while you're away.
